14     5.  Page 29, by striking line 10 and inserting the
15   following:

17     6.  Page 31, by striking line 19 and inserting the

 4     1.  Page 1, by striking lines 3 through 6.
 5     2.  Page 1, by striking lines 11 through 24.
 6     3.  By renumbering as necessary.

Rule 75 was invoked.
