Senate File 2200, a bill for an act relating to the expenses, powers, and duties of county agricultural extension councils, with report of committee recommending amendment and passage, was taken up for consideration. Klemme of Plymouth offered the following amendment H-8528 filed by the committee on local government and moved its adoption: H-8528 1 Amend Senate File 2200, as passed by the Senate, as 2 follows: 3 1. Page 1, line 19, by inserting after the word 4 "including" the following: "in-state". The committee amendment H-8528 was adopted. Klemme of Plymouth moved that the bill be read a last time now and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read a last time. On the question "Shall the bill pass?"
