Van Fossen of Scott asked and received unanimous consent to
withdraw House File 2491 from further consideration by the House.
SENATE AMENDMENTS CONSIDERED
Sukup of Franklin called up for consideration House File 2473, a
bill for an act providing for mediation in disputes involving
agricultural producers, amended by the Senate, and moved that
the House concur in the following Senate amendment H-8734:

 1     Amend House File 2473, as passed by the House, as
 2   follows:
 3     1.  Page 1, by striking line 35.
The motion prevailed and the House concurred in the Senate
amendment H-8734.
