MORELAND of Wapello I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on April 2, 1998. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House File 2513. NELSON of Marshall I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on March 31, 1998. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on Senate File 530 and "nay" on House File 721.
