47   this chapter but for the limitation imposed by section
48   415 of the federal Internal Revenue Code shall be paid
49   from a qualified benefits arrangement established and
50   maintained pursuant to this section."

 1     Amend House File 2496 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 16, line 4, by striking the words and
 3   figures "subsection 4, Code 1997, is" and inserting
 4   the following:  "subsections 1, 2, 3, and 4, Code
 5   1997, are".
 6     2.  Page 16, by inserting after line 5 the
 7   following:
 8     "1.  The first of the month in which a member
 9   attains the age of sixty-five years if the member has
10   not completed thirty twenty years of membership
11   service.
12     2.  The first of the month in which the member
13   attains the age of sixty-two years if the member has
