Gipp of Winneshiek asked and received unanimous consent that the

House File 2476, a bill for an act providing for connection to
the Iowa communications network by the quad cities graduate
center, was taken up for consideration.
Brunkhorst of Bremer moved that the bill be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill
was read a last time.
