Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent

House File 2469, a bill for an act relating to a reinsurer's
liability, was taken up for consideration.
Dix of Butler moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
