 1     Amend the Senate amendment, H-8119, to House File
 2   299, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
 3   as follows:
 4     1.  Page 1, by striking lines 21 and 22 and
 5   inserting the following:  "employer."
Amendment H-8194 lost.
Kinzer of Scott offered the following amendment H-8187, to the
Senate amendment H-8119, filed by him and moved its adoption:

 1     Amend the Senate amendment, H-8119, to House File
 2   299, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
 3   as follows:
 4     1.  Page 1, by striking line 50 and inserting the
 5   following:  "received a bona fide offer, whether
 6   written or oral, from an".
