The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared
to have passed the House and the title was agreed to.
Regular Calendar
House File 2444, a bill for an act relating to annual reports,
audits, and board of director composition of nonprofit
corporations created by or in association with the Iowa finance
authority and providing effective dates, was taken up for
consideration.
Holveck of Polk offered the following amendment H-8154 filed by
Holveck, et al., and moved its adoption:

H-8154

 1   Amend House File 2444 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 1, line 8, by inserting after the word
 3   "two" the following:  "nonvoting ex-officio".
 4     2.  Page 1, line 18, by inserting after the word
 5   "assisted," the following:  "project fees received,".
 6     3.  Page 1, line 27, by inserting after the word
 7   "members." the following:  "The information submitted
 8   pursuant to this paragraph shall include the
 9   compensation received, including salary and benefits,
10   received by each employee and board member."
Amendment H-8154 was adopted.
Boggess of Taylor moved that the bill be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill
was read a last time.
