INTRODUCTION OF BILLS House File 2425, by Fallon, a bill for an act relating to the provision of a dispute resolution process applicable to controversies and to final decisions in contested cases to which the department of human services is a party. House File 2426, by Jenkins and Nelson, a bill for an act relating to the provision of water service and the compensation of a water district for facilities within the annexed territory of a city. Read first time and referred to committee on local government. House File 2427, by Richardson, a bill for an act regarding commercial solicitations, by providing for the removal of identifying information from solicitation lists, providing for the release of public records, and providing penalties.
