I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on Wednesday,
February 11, and Thursday, February 12, 1998. Had I been
present, I would have voted "aye" on House Files 2162, 2163,
amendments              H-8035, H-8036, and H-8034 to Senate
File 2094, and Senate File 2094.
