  MOTION TO RECONSIDER ADOPTED

  Senator Szymoniak called up the motion to reconsider Senate File
  367, a bill for an act relating to transfers of real property by providing
  that certain disclosures regarding psychologically impacted property
  are not required and by amending the definition of transfer, filed by
  her on April 28, 1997, found on page 1520 of the Senate Journal and
  moved its adoption.

  On the question "Shall the motion to reconsider be adopted?" (S.F.
  367) the vote was:
