Absent or not voting, 1: Jensen The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared to have passed the Senate and the title was agreed to. IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to send an immediate message to the House on Senate File 472. MOTION TO RECONSIDER ADOPTED Senator Szymoniak called up the motion to reconsider Senate File 367, a bill for an act relating to transfers of real property by providing that certain disclosures regarding psychologically impacted property are not required and by amending the definition of transfer, filed by her on April 28, 1997, found on page 1520 of the Senate Journal and moved its adoption. On the question "Shall the motion to reconsider be adopted?" (S.F. 367) the vote was:
