  Senate File 537

  On motion of Senator Hedge, Senate File 537, a bill for an act
  relating to reporting and depositing of local option sales and services
  taxes to the department of revenue and finance by retailers and
  increasing the amount of estimated distribution and frequency of
  distribution to cities and counties by the department of revenue and
  finance, was taken up for consideration.

  Senator Hedge asked and received unanimous consent that House
  File 729 be substituted  for Senate File 537.

  On motion of Senator Hedge, House File 729, a bill for an act
  relating to reporting and depositing of local option sales and
  services
