  the floor to pages 3 and 4 of the bill.

  The Senate resumed consideration of amendment S-3784 by
  Senator McCoy to page 2 of the bill, previously deferred.

  Senator Halvorson called for a division of amendment S-3784:
  lines 3 and 4 as division S-3784A and lines 5 and 6 as division S-
  3784B.

  Senator McCoy moved the adoption of division S-3784A.

  A non record roll call was requested.

  The ayes were 18, nays 27.

  Division S-3784A lost.
