  On motion of Senator Redwine, House File 410, a bill for an act
  relating to programs administered by the college student aid
  commission and establishing an osteopathic physician recruitment
  program, with report of committee recommending passage and placed
  on the Unfinished Business Calendar on April 10, 1997, was taken up
  for consideration.
