  Recommendation: DO PASS.

  Schuerer
  and Zieman. Nays, 2: Dearden and Palmer.

  Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

  JUDICIARY

  Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 539, a bill for an act to legalize the
  proceedings
  taken by the Cedar Rapids Community School District to participate in an
  instructional support program and providing an effective and retroactive
  applicability
  date.

  Recommendation: DO PASS.
