1148 JOURNAL OF THE SENATE 92nd Day Senator Rensink moved that the bill be read the last time now and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the bill was read the last time. On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (H.F. 708) the vote was: Ayes, 49: Angelo Bartz Behn Black, D. Black, J. IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that Senate Files 433 and 293 be immediately messaged to the House. BUSINESS PENDING House File 550 The Senate resumed consideration of House File 550, a bill for an act relating to the exemption of certain multiple employer welfare arrangements from regulation by the insurance division and providing an effective date, substituted for Senate File 339 as amended, previously deferred.
