  Senator Iverson moved that the foregoing appointees be confirmed
  by the Senate.

  On the question "Shall the appointees be confirmed?" the vote was:

  The appointees having received a two-thirds vote were declared to
  have been confirmed by the Senate.

  The Senate stood at ease at 10:35 a.m. until the fall of the gavel for
  the purpose of party caucuses.

  The Senate resumed session at 11:55 a.m., President pro tempore
  Redfern presiding.

  RECESS

  On motion of Senator Iverson, the Senate recessed at 11:56 a.m.,
  until 1:00 p.m.
