  Senator Borlaug offered amendment S-3308 filed by the
  committee on Appropriations on April 1, 1997, to pages 2, 7, 8, 11, 14-
  16, 18 and 19 of the bill.

  Senator Vilsack offered amendment S-3366 filed by him on April
  7, 1997, to amendment S-3308 and moved its adoption.

  A record roll call was requested.
