  Mayor Arthur Davis for his many contributions to the city of Des Moines and

  Recommendation: DO PASS.

  Final Vote: Ayes, 14: Rittmer, Lundby, Kibbie, Borlaug, Deluhery, Drake,
  Fink,
  Gronstal, Halvorson, King, McLaren, Rife, Szymoniak and Tinsman. Nays, none.
  Absent or not voting, 1: McKibben.

  Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

  ADJOURNMENT
