Senate File 511 On motion of Senator Vilsack, Senate File 511, a bill for an act providing for the liability of a person with supervisory or other administrative responsibilities over an individual who the person knew or suspected committed abuse of a child, was taken up for consideration. President pro tempore Redfern took the chair at 6:02 p.m. Senator Vilsack moved that the bill be read the last time now and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the bill was read the last time.
