  Senator Neuhauser offered amendment S-3263 filed by her from
  the floor to pages 1, 14 and the title page of the bill.

  Senator McKibben raised the point of order that amendment S-
  3263 was not germane to the bill.

  The Chair ruled the point not well taken and amendment S-3263
  in order.

  Senator Neuhauser moved the adoption of amendment S-3263.

  A record roll call was requested.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-3263 be adopted?" (S.F. 503)
