  BUSINESS PENDING

  House File 388

  The Senate resumed consideration of House File 388, a bill for an
  act reducing the state individual income tax rates by fifteen percent
  and including an effective date provision, previously deferred.

  Senator Neuhauser asked and received unanimous consent that
  action on amendment S-3195 filed by Senators Neuhauser and
  Dvorsky from the floor to strike everything after the enacting clause
  and to the title page of the bill be deferred

  Senator Vilsack asked and received unanimous consent that action
  on amendment S-3196 filed by Senators Vilsack, Flynn and
  Deluhery from the floor to strike everything after the enacting clause
  and to the title page of the bill be deferred.

  Senator Drake offered amendment S-3193 filed by the committee
  on Ways and Means from the floor to page 1 and the title page of the
  bill.

  Senator Gronstal offered amendment S-3198 filed by Senators
  Gronstal, et al., from the floor to amendment S-3193, moved its
  adoption and requested a record roll call.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-3198 to amendment S-
  3193 be adopted?" (H.F. 388) the vote was:

  Rule 23, requiring all Senators present to vote except those who
  express a conflict of interest, was invoked.
