MOTION TO RECONSIDER PREVAILED Martin of Scott called up for consideration the motion to reconsider Senate File 184, filed on April 14, 1997, and moved to reconsider the vote by which Senate File 184, a bill for an act relating to collection of fees charged prisoners for room and board, by providing for the entry of judgment against the prisoner and enforcement of the judgment through writ of execution, passed the House and was placed on its last reading on April 14, 1997. A non-record roll call was requested. The ayes were 56, nays none.
