1 Amend Senate 533, as amended, passed, and reprinted
2 by the Senate, as follows:
3 1. Page 11, by inserting after line 6 the
4 following:
5 "To maximize the funding for educational programs,
6 the department shall establish guidelines and
7 procedures to prioritize the availability of
8 educational and vocational training for inmates based
9 upon the goal of facilitating an inmate's successful
10 release from the correctional institution."
