Senate File 163, a bill for an act relating to the sale of cigarettes and tobacco products through vending machines, with report of committee recommending passage, was taken up for consideration. Connors of Polk offered the following amendment H-1599 filed by him and Dix of Butler, and moved its adoption: H-1599 1 Amend Senate File 163, as passed by the Senate, as 2 follows: 3 1. Page 2, line 2, by striking the word 4 "eighteen" and inserting the following: "twenty-one".
