House File 556, a bill for an act increasing the minimum value
of property damage required for the filing of a motor vehicle
accident report, was taken up for consideration.
SENATE FILE 293 SUBSTITUTED FOR HOUSE FILE 556
Chiodo of Polk asked and received unanimous consent to
substitute Senate File 293 for House File 556.
Senate File 293, a bill for an act increasing the property
damage limit for mandatory reporting of motor vehicle accidents,
was taken up for consideration.
Chiodo of Polk offered the following amendment H-1283 filed by
him and moved its adoption:
