IMMEDIATE MESSAGE
Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent
that House File 58 be immediately messaged to the Senate.
House File 269, a bill for an act extending the regular program
district cost guarantee for school districts for one year and
providing an effective date, with report of committee
recommending amendment and passage, was taken up for
consideration.
Gries of Crawford offered the following amendment H-1161 filed
by the committee on education and moved its adoption:
