CONSIDERATION OF BILLS
Regular Calendar
House File 581, a bill for an act authorizing rural water
districts to enter into agreements with other governmental
entities to provide for the acquisition, construction, and
equipping of sewer systems, and authorizing the issuance of
revenue obligations to finance the projects, was taken up for
consideration.
Arnold of Lucas offered the following amendment H-1214 filed by
him and moved its adoption:

H-1214

 1     Amend House File 581 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 1, line 22, by striking the figure
 3   "384.24" and inserting the following:  "384.24A".
Amendment H-1214 was adopted.
Arnold of Lucas moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.
