EXPLANATIONS OF VOTE I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on Tuesday morning, March 25, 1997. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House File 550. CATALDO of Polk On the roll call on House File 697, I inadvertently voted "aye" when I meant to vote "nay."
