41   word "permits" the following:  "by changing the term
42   handicapped to the term person with a disability and".
43     22.  Title page, line 6, by striking the word
44   "handicapped persons" and inserting the following:
45   "persons with disabilities".
46     23.  Title page, line 6, by inserting after the
47   word "date" the following:  "and applicability
48   provisions".
49     24.  By renumbering as necessary.
Amendment H-1315 was adopted.
Heaton of Henry moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.
