The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared
to have passed the House and the title was agreed to.
House File 308, a bill for an act relating to notification
requirements for communications between a debt collector and a
debtor, was taken up for consideration.
Bernau of Story offered the following amendment H-1081 filed by
him and moved its adoption:

H-1081

 1     Amend House File 308 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 1, line 3, by striking the word
 3   "clearly", and inserting the following:  "clearly".
