effective date of a merger or consolidation of cooperative
associations.

Correction to Journal of February 6, 1997

Page 251 - Leave of Absence should have been Holveck of Polk
instead of Holmes of Scott.

Page 258 - On the roll call vote to amendment H-1014B, as
amended, be adopted, the following was omitted:
Absent or not voting, 3:    Blodgett    Brunkhorst    Warnstadt
