  1  1    Section 1.  Section 272.2, subsection 15, Code 1997, is
  1  2 amended by striking the subsection.  
  1  3                           EXPLANATION
  1  4    This bill strikes a Code provision that directs the state
  1  5 board of educational examiners to adopt rules requiring
  1  6 specificity in written complaints filed with the board by
  1  7 individuals with personal knowledge of an alleged violation.
