1 1 Section 1. NEW SECTION. 124.401D MANUFACTURE AND
1 2 DELIVERY OF METHAMPHETAMINE TO MINORS.
1 3 A person who is eighteen years of age or older who
1 4 unlawfully manufactures and delivers methamphetamine, its
1 5 salts, isomers, or salts of its isomers to a person who is
1 6 under eighteen years of age commits a class "A" felony.
1 7 EXPLANATION
1 8 This bill provides that a person who is 18 years of age or
1 9 older who unlawfully manufactures and delivers methamphetamine
1 10 or one of its salts, isomers, or salts of isomers to a person
1 11 who is under 18 years of age is guilty of a class "A" felony.
1 12 A person who is convicted of a class "A" felony must be
1 13 sentenced to imprisonment for the rest of the person's life.
