  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 19 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 5, by inserting after line 27 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "___.  Persons appointed as members of the board
  1  9 shall be confirmed by the senate in the same manner as
  1 10 provided in section 2.32.  Sections 69.16 and 69.16A
  1 11 shall apply to the appointments.""
