1 1 Amend the amendment, S-5680, to House File 2395, as
1 2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
1 3 follows:
1 4 #1. Page 2, line 33, by inserting before the word
1 5 "Notwithstanding" the following: "Any lottery
1 6 revenues remaining in the lottery fund at the end of
1 7 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1997, as a result of
1 8 not being appropriated or as a result of a veto of any
1 9 appropriation made in this section shall be
1 10 transferred to the general fund of the state."
1 11 #2. Page 2, line 38, by inserting after the word
1 12 "year." the following: "Moneys which revert at the
1 13 end of the succeeding fiscal year shall be transferred
1 14 to the general fund of the state."
1 15 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
