  1  3    #1.  Page 2, line 18, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "services." the following:  "If a person owns or
  1  5 operates more than one facility, and an employee of
  1  6 one of such facilities is transferred to another such
  1  7 facility without a lapse in employment, the facility
  1  8 is not required to request additional criminal and
  1  9 dependent adult abuse record checks of that employee."
