  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5582, to House File 2498, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 19 through 21 and
  1  5 inserting the following:  ""It is the intent of the
  1  6 general assembly that the state racing and gaming
  1  7 commission shall"."
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, lines 23 and 24 by striking the words
  1  9 "a written policy" and inserting the following:
  1 10 "rules".
  1 11    #3.  Page 1, line 25, by striking the words
  1 12 "written policy" and inserting the following:
  1 13 "rules".
