  1  2 2387, as passed by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 2 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 1, by striking line 32 and inserting
  1  6 the following:  "court shall immediately appoint the
  1  7 department, an agency, or".
  1  8    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
