  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5541, to amendment, S-5359,
  1  2 to Senate File 2320, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 14 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 1, by inserting after line 33 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "___.  During the moratorium from the effective
  1  9 date of this Act, until July 1, 2003, the commission
  1 10 shall not authorize any of the following:
  1 11    a.  An increase in the number of gambling games or
  1 12 the number of slot machines on an excursion gambling
  1 13 boat.
  1 14    b.  A number of slot machines at a pari-mutuel
  1 15 racetrack which is greater than the number authorized
  1 16 on or before the effective date of this Act.""
