  1  1    Amend House File 2166, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 11, line 34, by striking the word
  1  4 "chapter" and inserting the following:  "chapter,
  1  5 except for an administrative fee of not more than five
  1  6 percent of the total license fees collected in a
  1  7 fiscal year as provided by rule of the department
  1  8 adopted pursuant to chapter 17A.  The administrative
  1  9 fee for a fiscal year shall be forwarded to the
  1 10 department no later than June 10 of that fiscal year
  1 11 and retained by the department to implement the
  1 12 provisions of this chapter."
