  1  1    Amend Senate File 2410 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 25, by striking lines 34 and 35 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "clients of publicly
  1  4 supported child day care assistance, by April 1, 1999.
  1  5 The provisions included in the single point of access
  1  6 shall include but are".
  1  7    #2.  Page 26, lines 6 and 7, by striking the
  1  8 following:  "a uniform provider rate and reimbursement
  1  9 system,".
  1 10    #3.  Page 26, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1 11 "department." the following:  "Implementation of the
  1 12 single point of access program by April 1, 1999, is
  1 13 contingent upon the receipt of additional federal
  1 14 funding for child care."
