1 1 Amend the amendment, S-5363, to House File 681, as
1 2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
1 3 follows:
1 4 #1. By striking page 4, line 49, through page 5,
1 5 line 2, and inserting the following: "attorney-client
1 6 privilege. Information disclosed to the department
1 7 and relating to all of the following is privileged and
1 8 confidential and is not discoverable or admissible as
1 9 evidence in any civil or administrative proceeding:
1 10 (1) Trade secrets.
1 11 (2) Manufacturing process data.
1 12 (3) Confidential data belonging to vendors for
1 13 which a written confidentiality agreement has been
1 14 signed.
1 15 (4) Financial management plans.
1 16 (5) Fiscal and cost data.
1 17 (6) Personnel records.
1 18 (7) Technical data packages including special
1 19 quality checks, testing methodology, and test
1 20 equipment.
1 21 (8) Product testing results which are not related
1 22 to any environmental violation."
