1 3 "BOATS" the following: "AND ON THE NUMBER AND TYPE OF
1 4 GAMBLING GAMES".
1 5 #2. Page 1, by inserting after line 33 the
1 6 following:
1 7 "3. During the moratorium from July 1, 1998, until
1 8 July 1, 2003, the commission shall not authorize any
1 9 of the following:
1 10 a. An increase in the number or type of gambling
1 11 games or the number of slot machines on excursion
1 12 gambling boats which are located and operated on the
1 13 Mississippi or Missouri rivers.
1 14 b. A number of slot machines at a pari-mutuel
1 15 racetrack which is greater than the number authorized
1 16 on or before July 1, 1998."
1 17 #3. Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
1 18 word "on" the following: "the number and types of
1 19 gambling games and slot machines and on".
