  1  6 "2,425,000" and inserting the following:  "2,325,000".
  1  7    #   .  Page 2, by striking lines 18 through 20."
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 37 the
  1  9 following:
  1 10    "___.  For the planning phase to design and
  1 11 construct an Iowa hall of pride to be located at the
  1 12 old historical building:

  1 14    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
