  1  1    Amend Senate File 2192 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 12, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "repair" the following:  "per incident".
  1  4    #2.  Page 1, lines 12 and 13 by striking the words
  1  5 "is three five thousand dollars or more per incident"
  1  6 and inserting the following:  "is three thousand
  1  7 dollars or more per incident exceeds the lesser of
  1  8 thirty-three percent of the average retail market
  1  9 value of the vehicle before it was damaged or five
  1 10 thousand dollars".
  1 11    #3.  Page 1, by striking line 26 and inserting the
  1 12 following:  "retail cost of repairs is three thousand
  1 13 dollars or more retail cost of repairs exceeds the
  1 14 lesser of thirty-three percent of the average retail
  1 15 market value of the vehicle before it was damaged or
  1 16 five thousand dollars".
  1 17    #4.  Page 1, lines 28 and 29, by striking the words
  1 18 "of three five thousand dollars or more per incident"
  1 19 and inserting the following:  "of three thousand
  1 20 dollars or more per incident that required a damage
  1 21 disclosure statement under this section".
  1 22    #5.  Page 1, by inserting after line 30 the
  1 23 following:  "For the purposes of this section, the
  1 24 average retail market value of a vehicle is defined as
  1 25 the average retail value of a motor vehicle including
  1 26 any valuation adjustments made for mileage and other
  1 27 vehicle options published in a nationally recognized
  1 28 publication of motor vehicle retail values which was
  1 29 current the date the damage occurred."
  1 30    #6.  Page 2, lines 6 and 7, by striking the words
  1 31 "of three five thousand dollars or more per incident"
  1 32 and inserting the following:  "of three thousand
  1 33 dollars or more per incident that exceeded the lesser
  1 34 of thirty-three percent of the average retail market
  1 35 value of the vehicle before it became damaged or five
  1 36 thousand dollars".
  1 37    #7.  Page 2, lines 10 and 11, by striking the words
  1 38 "of three five thousand dollars or more" and inserting
  1 39 the following:  "of three thousand dollars or more
  1 40 that exceeded the lesser of thirty-three percent of
  1 41 the average retail market value of the vehicle before
  1 42 it became damaged or five thousand dollars".
