  1  2    #1.  Page 4, by striking lines 6 through 11 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "c.  The cooperative does not, either directly or
  1  5 indirectly, acquire or otherwise obtain or lease
  1  6 agricultural land, if the total agricultural land
  1  7 either directly or indirectly owned or leased by the
  1  8 cooperative would then exceed six hundred forty
  1  9 acres."
