  1  1    Amend Senate File 2313 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 17, by inserting after line 5 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "(6)  The unit receives notification that an
  1  5 individual has an exemption from cooperation with
  1  6 child support enforcement under a family investment
  1  7 program safety plan which addresses family or domestic
  1  8 violence."
  1  9    #2.  Page 17, line 6, by striking the figure "6"
  1 10 and inserting the following:  "7".
  1 11    #3.  Page 17, line 8, by inserting after the word
  1 12 "order," the following:  "safety plan,".
  1 13    #4.  Page 17, line 9, by striking the figure "5"
  1 14 and inserting the following:  "6".
