1 2 #1. Page 4, by inserting after line 33 the

1 4 "Sec. ___. NEW SECTION. 515A.15B APPLICANTS
1 5 UNABLE TO PROCURE INSURANCE THROUGH ORDINARY METHODS.
1 6 An agreement among licensed insurers to offer
1 7 workers' compensation insurance for applicants unable
1 8 to procure workers' compensation insurance through
1 9 ordinary methods shall be administered by a rating
1 10 organization licensed under this chapter."
1 11 #2. Page 5, by inserting after line 14 the
1 12 following:
1 13 "Sec. ___. NEW SECTION. 516A.5 TOLLING OF
1 14 STATUTE.
1 15 Commencement of an action by an insured under a
1 16 provision included in an automobile liability or motor
1 17 vehicle liability insurance policy pursuant to section
1 18 516A.1 tolls the statute of limitations for purposes
1 19 of the insurer's subrogated cause of action against a
1 20 party, as defined in section 668.2. Section 668.8 is
1 21 also applicable to an action commenced as described in
1 22 this section."
1 23 #3. Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
1 24 word "coverage," the following: "the ability of
1 25 certain insurers to bring an action in certain
1 26 instances,".
1 27 #4. By renumbering as necessary.
